In conjunction with our club development scheme, Ambassadors In Sport organise football tournaments ranging from small-sided competitions up to 11-a-side tournaments.

Our two largest ‘Festivals’ are the London Churches 7-a-side Tournament held annually at the beginning of May in London’s Regents Park and the National Christian Football Festival, an open-age 11-a-side tournament held over two days at the end of July in Manchester.

Each year these events attract junior and senior teams from all over the UK, ensuring that hundreds of footballers are competing for glory in what have become key events in the calendars of many Christian and church based football clubs.

Our aim through Festivals is to serve the football community with excellence, providing teams and club leaders with events that will assist them in their own club development. The benefit of getting so many teams together, is that it has enabled us to both celebrate and encourage a network of clubs, creating an open forum for learning and accountability.

Other smaller events are very much community based and work in partnership with local churches. Our aim is to provide a quality event, that involves competitive football whilst majoring on the principles of sportsmanship and fair play. This type of work is effective in connecting with people in the community and establishing new links that can be developed into ongoing community based work
